A System Built on Stable, Long‑Life Materials
Fabric Walls is designed around materials chosen for stability, longevity, and consistent performance. The system uses aluminium frames, architectural fabrics, and optional PET acoustic cores — all selected for their durability and suitability for interior environments.
Aluminium Frame
The aluminium frame provides:
- long‑term structural stability
- resistance to warping
- consistent geometry
- suitability for repeated tensioning
Aluminium is fully recyclable and maintains its properties over time.
Fabric Options
Fabric Walls uses a curated range of architectural fabrics chosen for:
- colour stability
- clean tension
- long‑term durability
- suitability for interior environments
Fabrics are selected for performance, not disposability.
Optional PET Acoustic Core
The optional acoustic core is made from PET, a material commonly produced using recycled content. It provides baseline reverberation control and is fully recyclable at end of life.
Low‑Waste Manufacturing
Because panels are pre‑cut and pre‑assembled:
- fabric waste is minimised
- aluminium is cut efficiently
- on‑site waste is significantly reduced
This creates a controlled, predictable manufacturing footprint.
Long‑Term Use
Fabric Walls is designed to remain in place for many years.
Panels can be replaced individually if required, reducing the need for full‑room refurbishment.
