Integrating With Room Features
Most rooms include doors, windows, sockets, and other features that must be integrated cleanly into the Fabric Walls layout. The system is designed to accommodate these elements without compromising the seamless appearance of the wall.
Doors
Fabric Walls can be installed around:
- standard door frames
- flush doors
- shadow‑gap door frames (where present in the room)
Panels are sized to meet the frame cleanly, ensuring a consistent finish.
Windows
Window reveals and frames are incorporated into the drawings so that panels align precisely with:
- window edges
- sills
- reveals
- trims
This maintains the visual rhythm of the wall.
Sockets, Controls & Services
Sockets, switches, and control panels are integrated using functional elements where required. This ensures:
- correct mounting depth
- clean alignment
- a consistent finish around the device
Other Architectural Features
Fabric Walls can be designed around:
- alcoves
- niches
- columns
- built‑in furniture
- ceiling transitions
These features are included in the drawings to ensure the panels fit accurately.
