Slats are versatile architectural Elements designed to introduce vertical rhythm, texture and depth within a Fabric Walls installation. Unlike Elements with a fixed spatial role, Slats can be used in multiple ways: mounted over Fabric Panels, positioned as the transition between panels, or installed as independent vertical features. This flexibility makes them one of the most adaptable Elements in the system, allowing designers to add structure, contrast or decorative emphasis wherever needed.
Each Slat is manufactured within a defined range of widths and depths, ensuring consistent proportions while giving designers enough flexibility to achieve the desired visual rhythm. When mounted over the fabric surface, Slats create a three‑dimensional profile that breaks up large expanses and adds tactile interest. They can also be specified with optional integrated LED lighting, introducing a soft, indirect glow that enhances the depth of the Element. LED options include white‑only, warm‑white adjustable (WWA) and RGBW.
To support a wide range of interior styles, Slats are available in veneered or painted wood finishes, offering both natural texture and smooth architectural colour options. This material palette allows Slats to blend tonally with the surrounding panels, match other timber elements in the room, or introduce a contrasting vertical accent that reinforces the rhythm and texture of the space.
Because Slats are mounted on the surface of the Fabric Panels, they integrate cleanly into any layout. They can be positioned over panels, used between panels or installed independently, giving designers a flexible way to introduce vertical texture and definition.
