Each panel is manufactured to the exact dimensions required for the project and built around a 35 mm aluminium frame engineered for accuracy, rigidity and long‑term stability. This consistent geometry ensures clean alignment across large wall compositions and provides the foundation for integrating Elements and AV components.
Every panel is supplied with CNC‑cut, silicone‑edge fabric from the Fabric Walls Fabric Collection.
The fabric is prepared at the factory and arrives ready for installation, allowing the installer to insert it into the frame without tools. This tool‑free fabric installation ensures a clean, tensioned finish and enables final adjustments to be made after the frame is fixed to the wall.
The panel’s adjustable brackets arrive pre‑fitted to the frame, simplifying installation and ensuring consistent bracket positioning across all panels.
Installers fix the frame to the wall using basic tools, using the bracket adjustment to achieve perfect levelling and alignment. This micro‑adjustment capability is essential for maintaining consistent reveals, ensuring Elements fit precisely, and achieving a unified visual finish across the room.
